Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing style of yoga using bolsters, blocks, and straps to support you through the practice. Unlike other styles of yoga, in restorative yoga the poses are held for longer periods of time.
Divine Sleep Yoga Nidra is a guided meditation through breath awareness, body scanning, healing music and imagery.
