This four-week series is designed for beginner students seeking a comfortable
environment to begin developing their yoga practice. Three 90-minute workshops will provide ample opportunities for learning and practicing various postures. The final two-hour workshop includes a vinyasa class promoting further growth and practice.

This workshop will have activities that promote gratefulness with healing restorative yoga. Lisa Mary DiDonna McGrail, BA, NYS LMT, CYT has been a full time massage therapist since 2005 in private practice in Guilderland NY. She is trained in Swedish, Thai Yoga Massage, Shiatsu, Prenatal, Young Living Oil Raindrop Technique, Medical Massage, Hot Stone Therapy, Reflexology, Lomi Lomi Massage and Reiki. She has earned her 200 hour Yoga Certificate and a BA in Women's Studies and Psychology. She received her 200hr yoga certification under the tutelage of Lauren J. Toolin. She has completed level two training in Restorative Yoga trained by Sudha Carolyn Lundeen staff at Kripalu Center, MA. She has worked with Kyczy Hawk in California with Santosha principles and is a guest teacher for the Restorative Yoga and segment of Lauren Toolin's Yoga Vidya course.
